The "You Inc." contest ("Contest") is organised by Mercedes-Benz Malaysia Sdn Bhd (596096-H) ("Organiser"). |

| Eligibility | ||
| 2. | Participation in this Contest is open to: | |
| a. |
Residents of Malaysia over the age of eighteen (18) years with a valid National Registration Identification Card (NRIC) number (12-digit) or a valid Passport at the time of the Contest ("Participants"). |
|
| 3. | The following group of persons may participate in this Contest but shall not be eligible to win: | |
| a. | Permanent and/or contract employees of the Organiser and their immediate family members (children, parents, brothers and sisters, including spouses); and/or | |
| b. |
Representatives, employees and/or agents of advertising and/or promotion service providers of the Organiser. |

| Contest Period | ||
| 4. | The Contest period ("Contest Period") will be in two phases: | |
| a. | Phase 1 ("Contest Period 1") will be from 00:00 on 15 July 2011 to 23:59 (GMT +8) on 27 July 2011. | |
| b. |
Phase 2 ("Contest Period 2") will be from 00:00 on 28 July 2011 to 23:59 (GMT +8) on 26 August 2011. |

| Contest Prizes | ||
| 5. | During the Contest Period, Participants will be eligible to win the following prizes ("Prizes"): | |
| a. | During Contest Period 1, Participants who become Star Earners will be eligible to win one (1) of fifty (50) invites to the Mercedes-Benz C-Cret Party ("Event"). The participant must RSVP to the Event in order to attend. | |
| b. |
During Contest Period 2, Participants who become Star Earners will be eligible to win one (1) of twenty (20) Mercedes-Benz merchandise. |

| Contest Rules and Guidelines | ||
| 6. | To qualify for the Contest, Participants will have to do the following: | |
| a. | Register a You Inc. account via Facebook Connect at www.mercedes-benz.net.my/youinc | |
| b. |
When Participants first register: b.1 The starting share price is MB$10.00. b.2 Participants receive MB$1,000,000.00 to trade with. b.3 Participants automatically own 25,000 units of their own company. This is the minimum amount Participants can own. |

| c. | During the Contest, Participants can buy and sell other Participants' stocks in the You Inc. Stock Market to increase their portfolio value. | |
| d. |
The following mechanics exist to regulate the market and promote the increase of Participants share price: d.1 Participants are limited to MB$5,000,000. d.2 Participants share price will increase/decrease 1% for every 10,000 shares bought/sold. d.3 Inactive stocks (zero transactions) will depreciate 5% per 24 hour period. d.4 Participants share price will decrease by 5% per 24 hour period of inactivity (zero transactions). d.5 Share prices will naturally fluctuate in tandem with Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange (KLSE) market fluctuations per industry by a factor of 2. d.6 Participants share price will increase by 5% when they publicise their company by sharing their new articles on Facebook. Only one (1) share per article will be counted. d.7 Participants share price will increase by 5% when they request a test-drive. They can only request for a test-drive once. d.8 Participants share price will increase by 1% per friend they invited to You Inc. who successfully registers. d.9 Participants share price will increase by 1% when they recommend another Participants' company via the Facebook "Recommend" function. Only one (1) recommendation per company will be counted. |

| e. | Participants will be selected as a Star Earner based on fastest growing net worth daily. | |
| f. |
For the Contest Period 1 Prize, the Organiser will invite top 50 Star Earners who meet the qualifying criteria to the Mercedes-Benz C-Cret Party gradually throughout Contest Period 1. |

| 7. |
The Organiser will monitor the You Inc. market for irregularities to ensure there is no cheating. |
|
| 8. | Results, once announced, are final. Disputes or appeals will not be entertained. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify the following entries: | |
| a. | Participants who are not over the age of eighteen (18). | |
| b. | Participants who do not have valid I.C. numbers or Passport numbers. | |
| c. | Incomplete or inaccurate online registration forms. | |
| 9. |
Only Participants that fulfil the Contest Mechanism stated above shall be eligible to win the Prize. Incomplete entries and/or Participants that fail to fulfil the Contest mechanism will automatically be disqualified from the Contest without notice. |

| 10. |
The Participants awarded will be contacted, at any time and via email or any mode of communication deemed appropriate by the Organiser. |
|
| Prize Rules and Regulations | ||
| 11. |
Participants must RSVP within 48 hours with their correct information to receive the invitation to the Event awarded during Contest Period 1. Participants who do not fulfil this requirement will forfeit their invite. |
|
| 12. |
Awarded Participants during Contest Period 1 are permitted to be accompanied by one (1) guest to the Event. |
|
| 13. |
Participants will be required to show valid identification, which may include NRIC or passport, before entering the Event along with a printed copy of the invitation. |
|
| 14. |
The Prize awarded during Contest Period 2 must be collected in person at the Organiser's office at this address: |

|
Mercedes-Benz Malaysia Sdn Bhd Level 48, Menara TM Jalan Pantai Bahru 59800 Kuala Lumpur. Malaysia. Identification which includes NRIC or passport, which displays the full name and a photograph of the Winner, will be required. |

The Winner is bound by the terms and conditions that come with the Prize. The acceptance of Prize indicates the acknowledgement and agreement of such terms and conditions. |

| 16. |
If a specified Prize becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, the Organiser may at its discretion, without notice, substitute a similar Prize or one of equivalent value. |
|
| 17. |
Participants can only win one (1) Prize throughout Contest Period 1 and one (1) Prize throughout Contest Period 2. |
|
| Other Rules and Regulations | ||
| 18. |
The Organiser (including it respective employees, staff and agents) shall not be liable for any loss (including loss of opportunity and consequential loss arising therewith) and/or any damage suffered by any Winner in connection with the Contest. |

The Organiser is not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorised access to, or alteration of, user or member communications, or any problems or technical malfunction of our website or network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet. |

The Organiser reserves its rights to publish or display materials or information, including but not limited to the names of all Participants for marketing, advertising and publicity purposes in any manner it deems appropriate. The Organiser further reserves its right to use any personal data of Participants in any manner and/or for any purpose it deems fit and Participant is deemed to consent to such use with no monetary payment. |

| 21. |
The Organiser reserves its right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Contest with or without any prior notice and reason. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by the Organiser shall not entitle the Participant to any claim or compensation against the Organiser for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension. |

The Organiser reserves the right to audit any or all information supplied by a Participant and each Participant agrees to assist the Organiser in any such audit in every way possible. For any Participant knowingly providing false information on their entry, the Organiser reserves the right to withdraw their Prize or submission, to publicise the withdrawal and present the Prize to another Participant. |

The Organiser reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Participant that is found or suspected of tampering with the Contest submission process, the operation of the Contest or to be in violation of the Conditions of Access of the website or usage policy of the website. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any Participant and/or to forfeit any Prize and/or reward from a Participant it believes has undertaken fraudulent practice and/or activities or other activities harmful to the Contest or the Contest submission process. |

The terms and conditions herein shall prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions or representations contained in any other promotional or advertising materials for the Contest. In the event of any inconsistency, conflict, ambiguity or discrepancy between the English version and any other version in other languages of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail at all times. |

The Organiser reserves its right to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions and/or substitute or replace the Prizes from time to time without any prior notice. |

By participating in the Contest, it is deemed that the Participant agrees to be bound by the terms and subject to the conditions herein set out upon submission of entry. The decisions of the Organiser in relation to every aspect of the Contest including but not limited to the type of Prize and Winner shall be deemed final and conclusive under any circumstance and no complaint from any Participants will be entertained. |
